Rushed and flat blow dry. I booked the last slot and I did not receive no luxury massage, I don’t even know why they advertise it like that. The blow dry was so basic and not even that great, won’t be returning again.
Blow Dry
I get a blow dry on a regular basis. The lady doing my hair rough dried my hair and then used tongs, so it wasn’t the smooth, bouncy blow dry I had hoped for. I could have achieved this result at home. She tried to up sell me a treatment and seemed annoyed when I declined. Maybe she was having a bad day, but as a paying customer, I was slightly disappointed with the overall service provided and will not be returning to this particular salon.

Changed to another hairdresser but she was also great! Very happy with this salon's services.
Ladies' Haircuts
Shorna was very attentive and I asked for a small trim & that is exactly what she gave me. I was happy with my hair cut. Only thing was that I bought a luxury head massage & cut, I was happy with my cut but the luxury head massage was just the normal hair shampooing & conditioning, nothing luxury or great about it at all as I was really expecting a great massage but did not get it. Overall and for the price, I would purchase again & have shorna cut my hair again.
