Ladies' Haircut & Blow Dry
This is my third haircut with Silas! He always does a great job! I show him a picture or video of what I want and he is always is happy to have a look and I’m never disappointed! Very happy and 100% recommend.

The haircut was fine, although the stylist was rushing during the blow dry; pulled at my hair several times and positioned the dryer too close to my scalp, which was painful in moments.
My thin rain jacket wasn’t taken at the beginning. I ended up folding it up and putting it on top of my bag on the floor, which was I was fine with although it had been lightly raining that morning.
Something that confused me was that I saw that other customers had been offered water, tea/ coffee but I wasn’t.
