I came here over the weekend to get my hair cut and I had high hopes from all the previous reviews but was proven wrong. I gave clear instructions with what I wanted (long layers and curtain bangs) and a reference photo. My layers generally look nice but my curtain bangs were completely botched. The shortest part is way above my eyebrows and the longest where my chin is. Customer services have been great but the salon has not reached out to me at all which they should have done.
