Luca was fabulous! He listened to what I wanted for this visit, was very chatty and entertaining and felt like we had been friends for years when this was the first time we had met. If I could give you a higher rating I would.
The salon itself was wonderful, all members of staff was kind and helpful and took care of every customer with it being so busy. I only leave a 1 star of the Indian head massage as I never received this in my visit. But everything else was so wonderful I'm really not that fussed about it.

I don't recall getting an Indian head massage - if washing my hair is part of it then no, that wasn't a massage!!
The staff are really friendly and professional and the place is clean, as with most Headmasters.
I got sold into a protein treatment which was extra on top.
In general a good experience for a busy Saturday Afternoon. I'm sorry but no massage received apart from the automated massage chair!
