This was my first visit. There is no waiting area/receptionist, I was shown to a chair by another stylist without much ado and left there until my stylist turned up several mins later. I ended up moving into 3 other chairs before the cut got underway. I felt it was all a bit rushed esp when the stylist next client turned up 30mins early and stood watching. The Stylist tools had to be hunted down a few times. Overall finished cut was fine - but the atmosphere/lack of put me on edge.
