Was a lovely experience, staff were polite and wash was good. Was recommended to get a dry hair treatment which was an extra £15, haven't notice a difference to be complete honest but worth the try.
Only thing that I was 'slightly' disappointed on was that I asked specifically for a 'curly blow-dry', this sadly wasn't delivered nor at any point explained to me why until I prompt 'my hair is hard to curl?'.
Apart from that, was good as very local to me so easy to get to and from.

The blow dry itself was good, the hairdresser listened to what I wanted. When I asked for redo a part she was ok with that. The waiting time however let my experience down. I had to wait for half an hour before being seen as they were running late. The staff seemed quite stressed as they were all running very late.

Had a lovely head massage, cut was okay and blow dry was just as I requested.
