Plus: Friendly staff and nice refreshments provided. Haircut was just as I wanted, with a nice blow dry (not some stupidly voluminous one that doesn't suit me at all, that other salons seem to insist on!) so definitely good overall!
Minus: Salon was understaffed and my haircut was interrupted several times as the hairdresser had to rush to answer the phone/speak to customers. The 'luxury head massage' listed was relaxing but wasn't much more than the usual sort of head massage you may get when having your hair conditioned at other salons (without it being made out to be a special deal), so slightly disappointing.

I went in to get a blow dry as I was attending a wedding, I loved the blow dry and the stylist was very quick considering I have very thick and long hair. Fantastic job.

I had a wash and blow dry and awarded it 4 stars. Very nice salon and hair nicely done. I would recommend this salon to friends.

I've been too other headmasters in the past and have always been disappointed with how little the staff care, it's always a get your hair done as quick as possible and push to get sales but Ealing headmasters was definitely not that. Robyn was great, her customer service was amazing and she really showed she cared. She spent time on my hair, gave me new suggestions and not once pushed for me to buy something. I would definitely recommend her and would return here again.

Very happy with my haircut and the friendliness of my hairdresser. The Indian head massage is done after washing the hair and it was nice and relaxing.
