The experience was great once I managed to get an appointment. I had booked and paid through Treatwell but when I arrived at the salon they didn’t have my booking. Luckily they were able to squeeze me in the same day but I had to wait 45 mins which wasn’t ideal.

Booked last minute, service was good but staff could have been more attentive when waiting for my colour to develop.
Would defo go again as my stylist was great and was extremely happy with my hair!

I attended this salon for balayage and I've currently got dark brown hair. I showed the hair stylist the colour I was looking for with balayage and said I don't want any brassy tones. I left this salon when it was dark so couldn't see the true colour and now in the natural day light all I can see is brassy chunks of colour in my hair unlike balayage I've had done previously where it looks painted and blends well. I'd recommend the salon for an all over colour but not balayage, I'm off to buy a box due to cover it.

It was a good haircut - quick and professional and the staff were great. It was slightly on the pricey side but really good quality.
