The girl was nice who cut my hair and it's a nice salon, but I didn't like the final colour of my hair unfortunately. They offered to fix it for me for free, which is kind. So good experience, just disliked colour.

Awful experience, would not recommend
Stylist colouring my hair did a good job however she cut my fringe far too short
Staff member washing my hair got buckets of water in my ear, was unapologetic and unhelpful getting it out - also the “luxury head massage” lasted less than a minute and was not a massage

The experience was great once I managed to get an appointment. I had booked and paid through Treatwell but when I arrived at the salon they didn’t have my booking. Luckily they were able to squeeze me in the same day but I had to wait 45 mins which wasn’t ideal.

Booked last minute, service was good but staff could have been more attentive when waiting for my colour to develop.
Would defo go again as my stylist was great and was extremely happy with my hair!
