Ferlin was super - they were short staffed so running late but they made me feel like I was not forgotten about and really did their best.
Ladies' Haircut & Blow Dry
I turned up for my appointment for a wash and blowdry and was notified by the receptionist that the person who was supposed to be doing my hair was not pencilled into the rota today so I could not get my hair done. I contacted Headmasters customer service team who said they would contact Treatwell about a refund but I’ve heard no updates (multiple days later).

Great haircut,Ferlin was so lovely, would definitely come back.
Not much of a luxury head massage, only lasted a few seconds
