Headmasters really messed me around, trying to get me to reorganise my booking and asking me to drive to Streatham Hill instead of Earlsfield. When I got to the salon I showed the stylist a picture of what I wanted which is not at all what I got. I later found a long piece of hair that she hadn’t cut. Never again.
I turned up for my appointment for a wash and blowdry and was notified by the receptionist that the person who was supposed to be doing my hair was not pencilled into the rota today so I could not get my hair done. I contacted Headmasters customer service team who said they would contact Treatwell about a refund but I’ve heard no updates (multiple days later).
