I have very naturally curly hair and my hair has always taken to a blow dry. The girl started blow drying my hair and said she’s going to tong it because my hair isn’t taking. I asked if someone else could try as I was going to a wedding and really wanted a bouncy blow dry. Someone else tried who was very rough, rude and dismissive. She had no luck and then said I had to have my hair curled with tongs. The staff were rude and I could hear and see them commenting about me from reception. Terrible experience and overpaid for something I could have done myself at home.
