What to say about my disappointment ? The staff person who attended me wasn't very polite. Didn't bother to discuss about the requirements properly. I have booked for wash, cut and blow dry with luxury head message treatment. Before shampoo, I was made to wait for few minutes which was not that bothering but then, after each treatment if I had to wait, is not something that would make me very comfortable. Staff didn't even bother to apologize.
Talking about hair cut, definitely not what I have asked for. Moreover, for blow dry, I have asked for curls, so many hairs in between left uncurled and imagine my embarrassment, leaving salon with that kind of experience. 'Luxury message', a word used to just attract customers. I have been to headmasters Surbiton which is definitely better but don't think will be visiting to Headmasters Epsom again.
