I have had my haircut at many Headmasters across London (Harrow, Clapham Junction, Kingston). Here I had a terrible experience. I had my wash cut blow dry appointment at 5:15 pm on a Saturday. My wash lasted less than 5 minutes and was not spoken to or offered any treatments which I normally get as an extra. Haircut lasted another 5 mins and 10 mins for blow dry. It was rushed and she wanted to finish earlier. My brother gifted me this gift card to treat myself which i feel was wasted.

They were running late which wasn’t ideal but the staff were friendly and the atmosphere was relaxing. It didn’t feel rushed and I was pleased with the haircut

I’ve been to Headmasters a few times and have always had a positive experience. I was able to get an appointment at a time and on a day that suited me, the staff were professional and friendly and I was pleased with the haircut. It was reasonably priced too. I recommend and will go again.
