My stylist was excellent 5/5, flawless service. The low rating for ambience and 3 for staff is because the person at reception was unprofessional. Kept interrupting my stylist, non-work queries. Shouting across the salon. Slamming things. Prodded me!

Blowout didn’t last and product at front caused it to go stringy and look greasy. Stylist was monosyllabic and not particularly friendly and 10 mins late. Other stylists in the salon seemed friendlier so might just have been luck of the draw.
