the blow dry was great and just what I wanted but it wasn't exactly a head massage - more a vicious head rub while shampooing - and I had to wait 25mins before the consultant even started, not ideal when on a tight lunch break

A lovely warm welcome with a cup of tea and some chocolate. Can't fault the haircut. Ellie took the time to listen to what I wanted and made sure my blowdry was on point before I headed off for date night :)
