Appointment was late by 45 mins, the head massage was literally 5 seconds long (huge stretch to call it luxury), didn’t get offered a drink for an hour...
Actual haircut was good but the whole thing wasn’t worth the price.

Disappointing experience from such a highly rated salon. I understand that appointments can run late however despite arriving on time, my hair was only washed 25 minutes after my appointment time. As a result, I felt my stylist was rushed despite a very simple hair cut, I felt rushed and stressed because my evening plans had to be pushed back and my curly blow dry didn’t even last until the end of the evening. Everyone in the salon is lovely and genuine, and it does have a nice atmosphere, but my overall experience sadly was spoiled.
