Disappointing experience from such a highly rated salon. I understand that appointments can run late however despite arriving on time, my hair was only washed 25 minutes after my appointment time. As a result, I felt my stylist was rushed despite a very simple hair cut, I felt rushed and stressed because my evening plans had to be pushed back and my curly blow dry didn’t even last until the end of the evening. Everyone in the salon is lovely and genuine, and it does have a nice atmosphere, but my overall experience sadly was spoiled.

Found my new favourite salon in central London. Staff were friendly and professional. Ed did a fantastic job and really listened to what type of look I was after. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.
