Was allright. The advertised headmassage lasted less than a minute.
The cut was done quickly and I wasn't given a choice of how I wanted it to be styled afterwards.
Sadly, it turned out that one side is clearly longer than the other ..but I'm not keen to go back and get it fixed by someone that doesn't notice this right away.
The products being used were lovely and I could still feel them after 2 washes. They didn't try to hard sell any of the products, which was nice.

Senior stylist apparently but was busy blow drying her own hair in between doing me. Got my shirt absolutely soaking. She came across as fairly rude and it was probably the most average blow dry I have ever received in my life. Really not recommended.
