Lovely staff. But had to return to get 2nd blow dry as it all dropped out (and doesn't usually, usually lasts 3 days) that 2nd dropped by the time I was home too. So curled my own hair for the wedding in the end. Waste of £41!
They were v accommodating in booking me in that 2nd time however, and v friendly too

The service was great but my hair was not what I expected plus there were so many add-ons to the original price and I wasn’t 100% happy with the result - it was a streaky blonde style instead of the original style I wanted. In addition the service was pretty rough and my neck started to ache from the hair pulling

I had a Balayage, cut and blow dry by Ellie - she was great! She took the time to understand what I wanted and did a great job with the colouring. I have curly hair, so I’m always scared the cut won’t suit the curls - but Ellie knew what to do and gave me great styling advice. I’ve had loads of compliments on it!
