I came in for a blow dry on my lunch break. I was firstly made to wait around 15 mins to be seated and another few minutes until someone came over to start doing my hair. The hair wash was nice, but I have to say the blow-dry was pretty awful. It was rough dried (and I mean rough!) and then used curlers to create the waves I wanted. Unfortunately, the curls were totally wrong and not what I wanted, they had completely dropped out about an hour after leaving the salon and my hair just looked frizzy; worse than it had done when I walked in! Disappointed.

The lady who saw me was extremely friendly and talkative. The team seemed friendly and were all smiling. Salon was very busy hence less time spent on my session.
