There was a mix-up in the central booking system by Headmaster, as after confirmed and I showed up, they wanted to move it to two hours later (which was not possible due to a heavy workday). However the lady at the salon put it right and was able to accommodate me. For this and the professional blow dry, top marks!

My stylist was friendly and very professional, asking lots of questions to get a complete understanding of what I wanted. He even threw in bonus tips for some of my future plans!
I was surprised by how fast my stylist worked - it was a concern at first feeling rushed, but when I saw the result of the trim I absolutely loved it. Pure skill. After I left the salon I noticed he missed a spot leaving a patch of split ends, hence the 4 star review.
As others have said, the luxury head massage was something of an enigma. I couldn't really tell whether I was getting a massage or shampooing. If you're after a good muscle pounding you'd best book a dedicated session for it elsewhere.
All in all really good value for money, and I'd probably return.
