Called the salon 24hours before my appointment to notify the salon/ stylist as my hair is naturally quite curly and allow for extra time.
On arrival was not seen for 20min clearly short staffed, Asked and paid for Senior Stylist Technician as my hair is curly and need an experienced stylist was not given a senior stylist - felt they did not have experience with my hair type, my hair was still curly at the back when I left.
Confusion at the till at for payment even though I had already pre-paid would not recommend or return.

Fantastic salon not far from Oxford Circus tube station. I had an early morning appointment on a Saturday nevertheless, the staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. It was a challenge to get my hair blow dried and ready but my hairdresser didn't give up and I got the style I have imagined. It looked awesome.
Highly recommend this salon!

Booked a few hours before the appointment for a great price. Had a really nice guy cut my hair (can't remember his name - but he was from the North East, and a senior stylist, if that helps!) - can't fault the cut and blow-dry. Would 100% go again.

The worst hairdressers for colour in London !!, did my hair 4 times as they had to keep correcting it and i still have have ginger streaks that start an inch away from my hairline, white stripes just under my ears, it's really patchy around my hairline and my ends are like murky grey straw. I was sent to manager called Chris who was worse than the stylist and totally ruined my hair then was sent a so called colour expert in their Mayfair salon called Nicola who was quite honestly the worst hairdresser i have ever been to in my life first she burnt me then she put a toner on and totally missed bits out then she scrubbed my head so hard as she was washing it she really hurt my head, literally got up after that and ran out of the salon with soaking wet hair!! If that is a colour expert then they have extremely low standards!!
They got 3 stars because their customer service girl in their head office are very good and they refunded the £124 i paid straight away and were very apologetic about it.
