My specialist really took the time to understand what I wanted and then made educated recommendations based around this. I didn't feel pushed into anything I didn't want as I previously have in other places. I'm very happy with the cut. My specialist also took time after the cut to give me some handy tips on how to recreate the finish on my own each morning. 5 stars!
