Fantastic value given location and the stylist I got! It's the second time I booked through Treatwell to the same location. Staff were friendly and polite - even the ones that weren't dealing with my hair. Definitely recommend and would go back!

I went in for a quick fringe trim- the hairdresser should have just said they did not understand/could not do it and pass me over to another colleague. Instead they completely changed my fringe and said it was their "professional opinion" that I should wear it like that instead. One of the first things I asked for was for the fringe not to be short enough that my eyebrows would be showing- she completely disregarded this. Rather than 2 minutes this trim lasted about 10 minutes as she tried to correct the mess she had made of my fringe. It was really upsetting.
