My booking got moved to another day by the salon as the stylist was absent on the day I originally booked - a mild inconvenience, I suppose it happens sometimes. The stylist was great, I'm happy with the cut and styling. The head massage was less than I expected. Maybe the person was new but while they were washing my hair, half of my head stayed dry...

I came in for a blow dry on my lunch break. I was firstly made to wait around 15 mins to be seated and another few minutes until someone came over to start doing my hair. The hair wash was nice, but I have to say the blow-dry was pretty awful. It was rough dried (and I mean rough!) and then used curlers to create the waves I wanted. Unfortunately, the curls were totally wrong and not what I wanted, they had completely dropped out about an hour after leaving the salon and my hair just looked frizzy; worse than it had done when I walked in! Disappointed.
