It was a disaster...hairdresser called me 30 minutes before my appointment to say they were running late. In the end, the appointment was over one hour late and meant the cut was very rushed and not what I wanted. Also did not give me the head massage that was stated. Complete waste of money and I have complained to Treatwell.
