The lady was very friendly. Salon was very busy for a Sunday morning hence possibly service was a but rushed. Music was nice and was handed magazines to read whilst waiting. Drink offered.

The whole experience was very rushed and it didn't feel like much care was taken (I have quite a blunt cut after a 10 min hair cut, and water all over my face during the wash, hairdresser was quite abrupt). The blow dry was nice. I paid for a senior stylist but it seemed like a less good cut than a normal stylist that I've had before. Wouldn't recommend this salon compared with others I've been to.

Felt really comfy and not on of place considering it's a branch in the west end can sometimes be daunting going somewhere new but my hairdresser was so lovely - Andrew I believe his name was... think this will be regular place from now on!
