I was really impressed with my visit to this salon a couple of weeks ago.
The stylist was attentive and described how best to cut my hair to restore its natural shine and condition. She recommended nice Kerastase products and used them on my hair during the wash.
I loved the blow dry, and for once, loved the cut from day 1. Two weeks later, my hair still looks so fresh and the cut has settled beautifully.
The only downside to the perfect experience was that I was charged twice for the haircut. However, Holly in their head office was extremely efficient in organizing the refund which I had to go back in for. The staff were extremely apologetic for the oversight, which didn't really bother me to be honest.
I will certainly go back and visit Amy, as she did a great job giving haircare advice and cutting my hair.
