My Stylist was great, and gave me some great advise about my hair and what cut would work best for me. I would definitely see him again. The online deal I got was well worth the money.

they could not do the booking at the time I asked for due to a computer error- this was the second time this happened in this salon. I was asked to come in later but that did not suit- they relocated me to the mayfair salon for a slightly later time. They were also running behind and I didn't get into the basin until 20 minutes after booking. I highlighted that I was in a rush so the stylist did very well and dryed my hair quickly but whole booking situation quite frustrating as I had paid upfront.

my initial booking was changed which was very irritating indeed as i only booked this location due to the time slot being available. When i did manage to visit i had a lovely time, very relaxing, attentive staff and a nice hair cut.
Called the salon 24hours before my appointment to notify the salon/ stylist as my hair is naturally quite curly and allow for extra time.
On arrival was not seen for 20min clearly short staffed, Asked and paid for Senior Stylist Technician as my hair is curly and need an experienced stylist was not given a senior stylist - felt they did not have experience with my hair type, my hair was still curly at the back when I left.
Confusion at the till at for payment even though I had already pre-paid would not recommend or return.
