Overall atmosphere was quite cold, saved by my stylist Georgia, who was very nice. The haircut ended up being different from the one I asked (shorter and different shape), but I don't mind it as it's not technically bad.

The blow dry was great. Only issue was that I booked through Treatwell for 4.30pm but when I got the confirmation from the salon it was for 4.45pm. I called and they said they couldn’t do 4.30 because no staff were available. I explained that I had originally booked for that time, and had another appt straight after. It meant that I was in a big rush and could not fully relax or enjoy it.
