Not exactly a pampering experience, however my stylist listened to exactly what I wanted, and finished with a nice trim exactly how I asked.

I went to Headmasters Fulham a few months ago to get my hair coloured. I have black hair and wanted very subtle sun kissed highlights. Unfortunately what I got was a head full of bleached ashy blond hair. I went back to get it fixed and Joanna sorted me out. She truly went above and beyond to help me. She wanted to make sure she got it right for me and I cannot tell you how much I appreciate it. She really turned this awful experience around.
