I was TOLD to cancel my appointment. The stylist told me that she can't do my roots because I have highlights, I asked her to go ahead with the cut and blow dry. She refused. She said that I need to ask Treatwell for the refund and then re book it.I need my hair done for the weekend, she said she can't help.No refund from you or Headmasters or Treatwell. Headmaster said its the cancellation policy and I can't get my money back. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER Plus I had to go to another Salon.
Very easy process to book and pay in advance for the service. I was also able to add an extra treatment on.
Unfortunately, I didn’t experience the head massage despite being part of the service purchased.
