Ursula was absolutely amazing and delivered exactly what I had asked for. The only downside was the hair wash prior to the haircut. The woman who washed my hair was awful. It genuinely hurt my scalp the way she was washing it. Even asked for her to be gentler. Instead of easing pressure she put more pressure just slower. Felt like more like torture than a massage. Ursula however was amazing.
