Worst haircut i have ever had. It was somewhat okay after the blow dry , but after the first wash i have clearly realised its a disaster.

The colour is great but she used products I didn’t ask for and then charged me at the end. I also asked for her not to put layers through my hair and she hacked away at it saying she was thinning it out. I don’t have thick hair. I’m disappointed
