Sophie was really lovely and took the time to provide a thorough consultation so I felt at ease before my haircut. The pot of tea and biscuits were a nice touch too. Only thing which would make it 100% rather than 99.9% was a longer head massage as the description on Treatwell does state relaxing head massage. It was relaxing, but brief. Other than that, thank you so much Sophie for looking after me. It was a pleasure meeting you 😊
