Arrived at the salon to find that my appointment had been changed to another member of staff. I was not impressed with the other member of staff. I was also told it was my fault that I had been switched to another hairdresser as I had arrived at the wrong time - however when I showed on my Treatwell app my appointment time it was dismissed. I have rebooked again with another member of staff and hoping for a better experience.
