When I arrived at the salon James informed me that my appointment was tomorrow. I said it was definitely today but didn’t have my confirmation on me. He made me feel like I was in the wrong and made me stand there for ages while he called treatwell. He insinuated because I booked through treatwell it wasn’t their responsibility! Anyway after the call he said come this way as he obviously had confirmation that my appointment was today! No apology at this point!,
