Very very poor experience. Did not receive any treatment as per the description. Waste of nearly £50 as I could have gotten a much better haircut and treatment elsewhere for the same price. The stylist was clearly inexperienced and uninterested in the whole thing. Got a very plain haircut with poor recommendations to ‘remove weight’ from the back of my head which has now turned my hair into unruly fluff. No effort to make conversation at all. She only offered me something to drink mid-haircut as she noticed a stylist offering one to her client who had just sat down. Overpriced due to location and brand. Quality of recruits has really declined.
