Overall good, nice wash and head massage. Great blow dry, my hair looked fantastic. However had to wait almost 15 minutes after arriving

I was very disappointed, the stylist seemed more interested in herself than in me . My hair was flat even though I asked for bounce and I could have done it much better myself!
