No massage with this blow dry. I think it’s really bad they say it comes with the treatment when it doesnt

Sorry to say but there is no ‘luxury’ head massage. They scrape ur head for 10 seconds that’s it. I’ve been for this blow dry many times and never had a massage. It’s a lie.

Had Jay not Tevae.
Was late 10 mins and Jay offered to see me. I was not given a choice, which I would have preferred.
Counsultation very rushed and I did not appreciate him saying repeatedly that I am anxious when I was completely calm and simply stating how I wanted my cut. If anything, he was anxious.
He washed my hair without putting a towel around my neck. When I told him I needed a towel as my neck and shirt were wet he said I have almost finished.
Cut was not what I wanted. Unpleasant.
