Had a last-min booking for a ladies wash, cut and blowdry. I arrived early and was welcomed with a drink and invited to the chair until my appointment time. The wash was great with a nice head massage - I felt uncomfortable when asked where I'd last had my hair cut without any follow-up as to why it was being asked - made me feel like there was a big problem with my hair post-wash. Stylist was happy to show me blow-drying techniques to help with home styling which was great.
