I left with far less hair on my head than I came in with and it wasn’t for a haircut. What was supposed to be a relaxing head massage and hair wash ended up feeling quite painful as the technician had very long shellac nails and they had little stones on them meaning hair would get caught and pulled all the time. Same thing for the blow dry, kept pulling my hair and it was really painful. Ended up saying that if I cut my hair it wouldn’t hurt as much (mind you I had a haircut three months ago).

Tevae was so lovely and friendly, had a really lovely time chatting with her and left the salon feeling amazing! I definitely recommend her.

Jarnelle was excellent throughout - a most enjoyable experience. I have very long, heavy hair and she knew exactly what to do, she asked practical questions to help understand the cut I had described vs the cut that I needed. She checked my comfort levels every step of the way and in the end we were both pleased with the outcome. Thank you, I’ve finally found my new go-to salon in Central London!
