The hair dresser I had was obviously good, and he was very polite, but we had some communication issues which meant that I didn't get a proper consultation, my hair wasn't finished how I asked it to be and they tried to charge me for a treatment that I was unaware was an extra cost. I told them I had no idea it cost extra and they didn't make me pay, but I was made to feel like it was my fault for not realising it was an extra. It was all very awkward and I was quite upset when I left. Not the relaxing experience I hoped for.
The hairdresser Paul was very friendly and tried to understand what haircut I wanted. He spend some time with me discussing my different options. His haircut was decent but it seemed that he lacked experience. The salon felt a bit dirty as you could see dust and hair everywhere but staff were good. Usually lower level standards than what you would expect from 'Headmasters' except the fact that they shampoo you with Kerastase products.
