I had a really great haircut and my hairdresser was lovely - I really enjoyed talking to her. I'm giving this 4 stars because it did not include a luxury head massage (or any head massage), I think because my hairdresser didn't know I'd booked this offer. It would be great if they knew! In general, very good value.

Kept waiting for hairdresser who was colouring someone else's hair which would have been annoying in a rush. Good value decent haircut. Staff friendly but often more interested in talking amongst themselves. Hair dresser friendly and new what he was doing but seemed annoyed when I asked for him to take a bit more off and left me with a less than perfect haircut.

Really impressed with the blow-dry and cut! My best friend said it is the best she has seen it after a haircut. My hairdresser was very friendly and recommended a great treatment that my hair much appreciated.

Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Hair stylist really listened to what I wanted and gave great suggestions.
