Quick and efficient, decent for a trim. Slight misunderstanding about the blow-dry but overall ok.
My appointment was originally scheduled for 3.45 but on my request, they accommodated me for 2.45 p.m. Paul, my hairdresser from Romania, did a a good job considering he has only been cutting hair for the last 2 years. The offer from Treatwell included haircut, blow dry and Luxury head massage. I had initially thought the massage would be atleast 5-10 minutes as it states a "luxury head massage" but it just lasts 1-2 minutes whilst your stylist washes your hair.
The technician was not experienced and barely did any change to my hair when I asked for simple shortening and thinning the volume. I would have to have another haircut at a different salon next week.
