I experienced amazing customer service at Headmaster's Orpington last weekend. Ebs really took the time to listen and suggest a new hairstyle for me. After my cut her colleagues talked to me in depth about possible colours for my hair which I really appreciated. Everyone went the extra mile for me.

Visiting headmasters was like home from home. Welcomed in with a smile, seated, valued, listened to, relaxing and chilled. With a great outcome at the end, feeling empowered to face the world. Loved my hair cut, my hair and I needed tlc we received that.
