Sadly the haircut was uneven so I had to return the next day to get it corrected. I am grateful it was corrected but sadly it did put me off returning in the future.

Absolutely terrible. One of the worst experiences I have had. Hairdresser was 40 minutes late and I didn’t receive the luxury head massage I paid for. I then asked for my hair to be cut with long layers framing my face, and for the shortest layer (when curly) to be AT LEAST chin length. The hairdresser cut two layers - one short layer, that was 3” above chin length when straight! And one long layer so it looked like I had two haircuts! Ruined my hair for my wedding. So upset. Would like a refund
