Worst salon experience I have ever endured. Manager, Sabrina, was absolutely unprofessional and has no customer service skills. They kept offering treatments without informing me of a charge, and then in the middle of my treatment Sabrina walked in to tell me I had to pay. I tried to explain that I wasn't aware of the additional charges she grabbed the colour and told her colleague to stop my treatment (halfway) and walked off, as if I was going to run away with the colour. Def do not RECOMMEND.
Good and professional workers. I needed to ask for extra oil because the blow dry was flying all of my baby hairs up. I asked for it to be tamed. Apart from that, really nice service and fast. Thank you.
Wasn’t the blow dry I asked for, staff was really moody with me. Whole thing felt like it was a chore for her. Second time I’ve had a negative experience in this headmasters even though I regularly visit other branches. Paddington branch is terrible. At least it’s clean.
Make sure you’re on time! Even if you call to apologise in advance, you will be reminded of your 10min lateness again and again. Then punished by being sat on the chair with no attention given for ages. Forget about being offered a drink or getting a decent haircut afterwards. You’ll have to point out where they missed some longer hair and ask for standard finishes that you’d get at any corner barbershop. All for not so average £40+ that you’ll be asked for again, even when prepaid in advance
