I didn’t have Gabriel as my appointment was somehow booked twice and I had a different hairdresser. I was seen to late and the service took a long time. I didn’t have any products used and they didn’t offer to thin my hair. I’ve had to get a second haircut as this didn’t leave me feeling like I had what I wanted. The blow dry wasn’t great

Alexia was great. First time heading to a big hair salon chain after years of going to an edgy independent salon. Quite a specific cut technically but Alexia was great and nailed it. I had to go straight out to an event - everyone commented on the the cut/look!!! I’m booking in again. Highly recommended!
