I went to get a cut and blow dry and left a little disappointed! Hair cut wasn’t as I asked and I had to straighten my hair at home before a lunch date! What was worse though was I was being pushed to but products and when I said no was met with a surly response from staff. I know on sale is part of their job but saying no is fine to do so but I got a rude response
