I had an amazing experience with Deren. He was incredible and did the work of 3 members of staff (answering phones and attending to customers as his colleague left to go to the shop and another could help as he spoke very little English!) My haircut was interrupted 4 times because he had to deal with other customers.
Had Deren not been so personable and apologetic/had he not cut my hair to perfection, I would have been very upset with the service. I received a text to say he's no longer working there. Great shame.
Can't really rate the treatment as thry cancelled my appointment without letting me know. Had used my lunch break to get my hair cut and they told me they had moved my appointment by an hour. As you have to pay in advance on Treatwell I'm still waiting for the refund. Would never use headmasters again or treatwell
