Good team, the consistency of my hair cuts can vary a little bit. But would return
I turned up and they didn't have an appointment for me. They squeezed me in but I had to push quite hard to make it happen. Great blow dry though.
I was kept waiting for 25 minutes and this would have been longer had I not asked why I hadn't been seen. I was offered a drink (water) but no magazines. When I was passed on to a more junior person to wash my hair while waiting for my actual hairdresser. No extra products were applied and the "luxury head massage" was painful, the guy clearly had no idea what he was doing and only did it for about half a minute.
Eventually got my hair cut - the hairdresser (who was lovely as an individual and was apologetic about the wait) ripped my earring back off, gave no styling advice, said he would dry my hair "wavy" - instead it was incredibly curly,looked awful and when I asked him to straighten it he said the curls would drop out soon anyway. On top of that,in the process of curling my hair he kept it on the heat way too long and so much steam came out. He then blew on my hair to cool it down. I left, late to meet my friend and asked her to lend me a hair band. Lovely people but awful hairdressers
Lena was a great stylist, cut my hair so well and made me feel in safe hands and the end results looks amazing!
Although I enjoyed they experience overall, I did have to go back as it was not cut even on each side. This was rectified quickly and easily by very professional staff they next day. I will go back again and would recommend the salon to others.
