Great haircut and excellent service - I was very happy with the results and with the stylist's advice - I will definitely be back.

Completely disappointed, not with my hairdresser who tried to do the best and was quite nice but not a SENIOR STYLIST (service I booked and paid), I explained three times even with photos what I wanted and I couldn't get it, noticing even some laughs from a member of the staff with a handset. The reason why I didn't book my haircut on headmasters website was because when selecting which service you want they only show you names and prices but no level or experience, checking after I discovered my one was the cheapest one, cheaper than booking via Treatwell. I keep wondering who I would have cut my hair if instead of choosing a senior stylist would have chosen a stylist. I live in the area and I won't go back or recommend this salon.

I arrived at my appointment 5 minutes early and stood in the reception area. Two hairdressers were with other customers within direct view of me and neither said hello or even acknowledged that I was there. There is no waiting area to sit in so I just stood like a lemon for 5 minutes. A hairdresser then walked over to take a payment from another client and still didn't acknowledge me! I literally had to move out the way for them to get to the desk and not so much as an 'excuse me'. If I hadn't pre paid for my appointment, j would have walked out. After this the appointment was fine and I had a good haircut but I couldn't get over the rude treatment at the beginning.
