When I arrived for my appointment they didn’t have it on their booking system. The reception said it probably didn’t get booked by central reservations. They didn’t have any appointments to offer for another 3 hours & I had dinner plans. After 5 min of reception on the phone to find out what happened I asked if they could find me a spot at another venue nearby. They called Wandsworth and I went straight there. The cut I eventually had was ok but there was no apology or follow up from a manager.
