I arrived and the staff were welcoming and checked me in promptly. I was seen by the person who would be cutting my hair very quickly. The whole process was speedy and organised, so I couldn't have been happier!

Appointment time was changed twice on the day, got moved to a lower level hair stylist, was assured the difference in value would be made up with an additional treatment, this didn’t happen and was met with confusion upon leaving (haircut was prepaid). Was left sitting for 30mins before being seen. Graduated cut was done with hair in a side parting instead of centre parting, and although not a disaster, one side was graduated, the other not! Staff were pleasant but more interested in their own conversations and no-one seemed to be in charge. Shame, have had a great cut here previously but will not be back.
