Unfortunately I did not receive what I pre advised as I have already had a bad mistake from headmasters and also further explained at the salon. Consequently I evaded you with a very frizzy style and badly damaged hair - Which is exactly what I tried to avoid and today still have the continued effects.
1) Administrators messed up with my pre-paid appointment. They called me 10 minutes before my appointment and asked me to come 5 hours later. When I arrived, the administrators didn’t apologise for their own mistake. They didn’t even smile to me. The customer service is very poor.
IF YOU ARE BOOKING A SERVICE FOR AN EVENT, AVOID THEM AT ANY COST.
2) The stylist was very nice and friendly. The blow dry was not as nice, I am afraid. I had to wash my hear immediately after my visit to the salon
First time at Headmasters but won't be the last time - quick, efficient and highly detailed. Extreme covid and social distancing care - very clean and comfortable.
