Firstly, the hairdresser didn't speak English very well so it was difficult to explain what I wanted. Therefore, ended up with a balayage that was lighter than the colour I was hoping for (I even showed her pictures). Secondly, the salon was so busy, she kept going back and forth with me and another customer which led to the treatment being longer than the stated 2 hours 15 (was 3 hours). Finally, the haircut was decent, just got a trim so can't really go wrong with that. Overall, an okay experienc
