Wash, cut and blow dry was amazing - hair is definitely looking more refreshed and has life!
The colour treatment never happened unfortunately, which was annoying! The salon were not aware prior to the appointment that I had my balayage done professionally and roots retouched at home. They said this affects the dyeing process and condition of the hair.
Something to be picked up by Treatwell and Headmasters Head Office to sort out in future so this doesn’t happen to another customer!
Was notified by Headmasters i will be refunded for the colour treatment via Treatwell within the next 3-5 working days at the end of my appointment as I had paid everything upfront.
It was an average blow dry. She failed the first time when trying to do it with the brushes, as if she had no technique or experience with lots of hair: she had to do over it again with the wand, which is never a good sign. I would not of paid anymore than I did. The stylist seemed to have an attitude. It was an unpleasant experience.
